Background:

Since 2015, I’ve mentored teens in Simon Balle, Thomas Alleyne and Bedford Academy. And I’ve given business talks in Presdales (Ware), Chauncy (Ware) and Lord Grey (Milton Keynes), at the invitation of their Heads, Deputy Heads or Pastoral Care Leads. I’ve long been certain that teens and young adults are the most fun and innovative people and genuinely approach everything including business with huge can do which means that given the chance, they always fly. 
My former cake shop in Hertford increased its turnover by 150% in one year alone (yes, you read that right), the year I took a gamble and  employed 6 teenagers around this age who know nothing about cakes when they joined. Teenagers are hugely underrated: They are literally rocket fuel. 

I have been trying to find a way to show what they can do. That’s why I came up with this. 
And no, I’m not trying to take anyone's business. It’s not dragons den. 
I’m just saying: here’s £100, take a chance, do that mad idea in your head, I’ll walk with you, give you advice, brainstorm with you, introduce you to all the contacts I can think of who can help you. And hopefully we can create a crazy success story in 2025. That’s literally it.
